When Aneta projected my portraits onto the cinematic screen, I immediately started crying — happy tears.
Before coming to the studio, I was full of doubt. I didn’t feel in my best shape and really believed I still needed to work on myself, inside and out, to actually deserve a photoshoot. But the moment I saw myself on that big screen, something changed. All I was able to say was: I am beautiful.
For most of my life I struggled with how I saw myself. I felt unattractive, imperfect, average and constantly focused on what needed to change. I had never imagined I could look at myself with love. I faked confidence to the outside world, but deep inside I felt like I am not enough.
Today, I have a treasure box with my portraits on my makeup table and a black-and-white portrait hanging in my living room. I even hated selfies and now a massive portrait of me in the centre of our house. And every time I see it, I feel proud. I feel at peace with the woman I am. Our very chic studio is in the centre of Haarlem in a beautiful rijksmonument building. Our studio is easily accessible by public transport, and if you’re arriving by car, you can park for free on a nearby street.
Retouching? Our goal is to ensure you look your absolute best while keeping the retouching natural and subtle. You’ll have the chance to review your images before they are sent to the lab, and we can make any adjustments you’d like at that stage.
What are the payment options? You will pay for your selected portraits on the day of the session. Some of our customers chose to go on payment - which is flexible and without any additional costs. .
What if I do not know what products I want? We understand. The photoshoot itself is already a big step out of your comfort zone. Sometimes the best is to make the decision once you actually see your portraits.
I do not know what type of photos I want. Before your session, we’ll have a personal consultation where we talk through your wishes, your story, and how you want to feel in your portraits. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is expected of you. During the session, we photograph different styles to reflect the many sides of who you are — from powerful, magazine-cover portraits, to timeless black-and-white images, to soulful, fine-art portraits that feel deep and intimate. We believe every woman is a diamond. And to truly shine, each facet deserves to be seen and honoured.
I am not photogenic. We hear this every day: “I’m not photogenic.” The truth is, there’s no such thing. Most of our clients felt the same way—and many had their very first photoshoot with us. Aneta will gently guide you through each pose so you feel confident and look your absolute best.
I don’t know what to wear for the photoshoot. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. During your consultation, we’ll guide you with styling tips and suggestions on what to bring. Plus, our studio wardrobe is filled with stunning couture dresses, ready for you to choose from.
What about the digital files? With every physical product—whether a print or wall art—you’ll also receive the matching digital file. Digital files are typically delivered within 3 weeks of your order, while physical products arrive within 8 weeks. Most of our pieces are crafted in Italy and Scotland.
Is hair and makeup included? Yes! We have a professional team of wonderful artists who will make you feel and look absolutely beautiful. The final look is always up to you—we simply make sure you feel like the very best version of yourself, while still looking like you.
But I need to lose weight! No, you don’t need to lose weight—you are perfect and unique just as you are. We know all the right angles and techniques to photograph you beautifully. Trust us, you’ll fall in love with the woman you see.
